Absolutely great and lovely place all in all, has very very helpful staff at the reception desk. The single room is brand-new and has a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The cost is £ 102. We would stay here again, if come to Aachen.

Perfect location! 🚶♂️ Just a stone's throw away from the city center, the main train station, historic area, and a bus stop that goes directly to the Hauptbahnhof. It couldn't be more convenient for getting around and exploring the sights.

Room is very clean, and breakfast is excellent. Only 5 minute walk to city center.
Room is quite small; not really big enough if you also want to work there. Garage available for parking: quite a necessity, as there is not enough space on the streets.

The stay here was pleasant for a business trip. the room was practical and had essentials like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. - the restaurant was relatively near the hotel. - Everything was simply excellent.

The hotel was well located and had very good service. It is only 10 minutes away from the Rathaus. Breakfast was very complete
The hotel is on a busy street so it is really noisy outside. It was not possible to open the window at night because of the noise

The staff is very helpful and friendly. In the evening, we planned to discuss our journey in the hotel, but the rooms are not spacious enough for the group. We talked with the beautiful lady in the reception if it's possible to have a short gathering in the dining hall. She said with smile, “Yes, please discuss in the dining hall”. We appreciate the hotel’s hospitality. The hotel is very close to the central city, taking about 10 minutes on foot to the Dom.

Check-in was hassle-free, nearby parking available, a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection, and the convenient location close to the historic center made it a fantastic stay.

We stayed in the quad family room which is not actually in the hotel but next door as a two bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen. It is not fancy but quite roomy and practical and clean. About a 15 minute walk to the Kaiser-Dom Cathedral and rest of the city center as well as the university.
The Internet access was only for one person at a time which for a modern four person family is constraining.
